Tóm tắt phim/ Synopsis:
Vân – một cô gái bị ung thư gan giai đoạn cuối phải nằm liệt giường. Cô được chồng mình ngày ngày tận tụy chăm sóc. Hai con gái nhỏ của họ do ông bà ngoại chăm sóc. Trong những tháng ngày chống lại cơn đau bệnh tật, Vân luôn nhớ đến hai con và để lại những lời dặn dò hữu ích cho chúng. Cô cũng thổ lộ ý nguyện muốn hiến giác mạc cho y học để cuộc đời có ý nghĩa hơn.
Van, a terminally ill liver cancer patient, is bedridden. Her devoted husband takes care of her tirelessly every day while their two young daughters are looked after by their grandparents. During the months of battling excruciating pain and illness, Van always thinks of her two children and leaves behind valuable instructions for them. She also confides her wish to donate her corneas to medical science to give more meaning to her life.
Đạo diễn/ Director:
Đạo diễn Marcus Mạnh Cường Vũ tốt nghiệp thạc sĩ tại Berlin (Đức) và Paris (Pháp). Anh từng là phóng viên điện ảnh tại một số Liên hoan phim quốc tế. Từ năm 2010 tới nay, anh tích cực tham gia điện ảnh trong nhiều vai trò: biên kịch, nhà sản xuất, giám tuyển phim ngắn cho một số liên hoan phim và chương trình phim quốc tế. Mementor Mori Đất là phim truyện điện ảnh độc lập đầu tay của anh.
Director Marcus Manh Cuong Vu holds a master’s degree from Berlin (Germany) and Paris (France). He previously worked as a cinema reporter at various international film festivals. From 2010 to the present, he has been actively involved in the film industry in multiple roles, including screenwriting, producing, and serving as a film programmer for several short film festivals and international film programs. “Mementor Mori Land” is his debut independent feature film.
