Lấy số liệu và dẫn chứng từ vụ cháy lớn tại Công ty cổ phần bóng đèn phích nước Rạng Đông ngày 28/8/2019, phim kể lại quá trình điều tra, giải thích chứng minh phương pháp tìm ra 2 vấn đề của sự việc: Điểm xuất phát cháy và Nguyên nhân cháy.
Drawing data and evidence from the major fire incident in Rang Dong Water Pipe Joint Stock Company on August 28, 2019, the film recounts the investigative process and explains the methodology used to identify two key aspects of the incident: the point of origin of the fire and the causes of the fire.

Director Tran Nam Chung was born in 1980 and graduated from the Academy of Journalism and Communication. Lieutenant Colonel Tran Nam Chung is the Director of People’s Public Security Cinema.
Đạo diễn Hà Hương sinh năm 1986, tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Sân khấu Điện ảnh Hà Nội. Thiếu tá Hà Hương hiện đang công tác tại Điện ảnh Công an Nhân dân.
Director Ha Huong was born in 1986 and graduated from Hanoi Academy of Theater and Cinema. Lieutenant Colonel Ha Huong currently works for People’s Public Security Cinema.
Đạo diễn Lê Thị Nhung sinh năm 1989, tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Sân khấu Điện ảnh Hà Nội, hiện đang công tác tại Điện ảnh Công an Nhân dân.
